Product Description
Rail shoulder is cast in the concrete rail ties to fix the elastic rail clips. There are two types of rail shoulders available: the cast-in shoulder and the weld-on shoulder, both of which are used for the fixing of elastic rail clips. The casting shoulders, as the embedded part of the railway fastening system, are pressed in concrete sleepers and work together with the E-clip to fasten the rail.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the primary function of a rail shoulder?
A rail shoulder is embedded in concrete rail ties to provide a secure anchoring point for elastic rail clips, which in turn fasten the rail to the sleeper.
What materials are used in the casting process?
Our shoulders are made from high-quality cast iron, including grades like QT500-7, QT450-10, and QT400-15, complying with international standards such as ISO1038 and DIN 1693.
Can these shoulders be used for different rail types?
Yes, they are compatible with various rail profiles including UIC54, UIC60, 115RE, and various 50kg/60kg rail standards.
How do you ensure the quality of the rail shoulders?
We utilize fully automatic digital sawing and cutting along with online ultrasonic crack detection to ensure every unit meets strict mechanical property requirements.
What is the daily production capacity?
Our facility has a stable production capacity of approximately 20,000 pieces per day to support large-scale railway projects.
What standards do your products comply with?
